What is inside a restroom trailer?
A restroom trailer from Brian Rental Works has real flush toilets, sinks with running water, mirrors, lighting, and A/C and heat. Trailers come in 3 sizes: a 1-stall VIP, a 2-stall with separate men’s and women’s sides, and larger multi-stall trailers. Guests climb a few steps into a lit, cooled room.

Does a restroom trailer need water and electricity?
Yes. A restroom trailer needs standard 120V power for lights, pumps and A/C. A restroom trailer also needs a garden-hose water connection or a filled onboard freshwater tank. No outlet nearby? We can arrange a generator. The trailer also needs level ground and room for our truck to back it in.

Is the restroom trailer air-conditioned in 100°F heat?
Yes. Every restroom trailer we rent has A/C, which matters in Edinburg, where average highs reach 100.9°F in July and 101.3°F in August. The A/C runs on the 120V power supply. Shade from a tree or tent and starting the A/C 1 hour before guests arrive keep the inside comfortable.

How many restroom trailer stalls do I need for my guests?
Plan about 1 restroom trailer stall per 50 to 65 guests for each event day. A 2-stall trailer covers about 100 to 130 guests. An open bar or a 6-hour-plus reception pushes you to the low end of that range. Add standard units for the band, caterers and parking crew.
| Guests (one event day) | Stalls needed | Setup we usually send |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 65 | 1 | 1-stall VIP trailer |
| 66–130 | 2 | 2-stall trailer (men / women) |
| 131–195 | 3 | 2-stall trailer + 1 deluxe or VIP cabin, or a larger trailer |
| 196–260 | 4 | Larger multi-stall trailer |
| 261–325 | 5 | Larger multi-stall trailer + standard units for staff |

Wedding date set? Hold a trailer 7–10 days out.
Tell us the guest count, the venue or address, and where the outlet and hose are. We’ll confirm the fit on the call.
Where does a restroom trailer go at a backyard wedding?
A restroom trailer needs a level spot within reach of a 120V outlet and a garden hose, with a clear route for our truck to back the trailer in. Plan about 50 to 100 feet from the dance floor. Keep the steps facing the guests and the hookup side facing the house.

What should I check before the restroom trailer arrives?
Check 6 things before a restroom trailer arrives: level ground, a 120V outlet, a working hose bib, a truck route, an open gate and your guest count. Most setup problems come from a missing outlet or a slope. A 5-minute walk-around a week before saves a lot of trouble on the wedding day.
- Level groundPick the flattest spot. We level the trailer, but steep slopes don’t work.
- 120V outletA standard outlet within reach, on its own circuit if possible. No outlet? Ask us for a generator.
- WaterA garden hose bib that works, or tell us so we fill the onboard tank.
- Truck routeNo low branches, wires or soft ground between the street and the spot.
- Gate and accessGates open or a code on delivery day.
- Guest countConfirm the final count so the stalls match.
How far ahead should I book a restroom trailer?
Book a restroom trailer 7 to 10 days before your event. Brian Rental Works keeps a limited number of trailers, and spring and fall wedding Saturdays, quinceañera season and holiday weekends book earlier. Weekend events are delivered Friday and picked up Monday at the event rate.
