Who is Brian Rental Works?
Brian Rental Works is a locally owned porta potty rental company based at 2302 S Tourist Dr in Edinburg, Texas. We have rented, delivered and serviced portable restrooms across the Rio Grande Valley since 2010. We own our trucks and units, and the person who answers (956) 396-3318 works at the same yard.
We started with a handful of standard units and one truck serving Edinburg job sites. Today we run standard porta potties, deluxe flushing units, wheelchair-accessible units, handwashing stations, VIP flushing cabins and restroom trailers across Hidalgo, Starr, Cameron, Willacy and Brooks counties.
Are you a broker or do you own the porta potties?
Brian Rental Works owns every porta potty it rents. We are not a broker or a national call center. In 133 rental calls we reviewed, renters who had reached brokers complained about unfamiliar invoice names, fuel surcharges and no clear delivery time. Our quote, delivery, service and pickup all come from one Edinburg team.
How do you run a rental day to day?
Brian Rental Works runs routes Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM. Same-day orders taken by 12:00 PM are added to that afternoon’s routes. Service trucks pump, clean, deodorize and restock long-term units once a week, and waste goes to authorized facilities by TCEQ-registered transporter.
- Morning dispatchRoutes are built each morning by distance, with same-day orders slotted in through noon.
- Delivery & placementDrivers place units on flat ground, call about 30 minutes ahead and photograph the setup.
- Weekly servicePump, sanitize, deodorize, restock toilet paper and sanitizer, and check the door latch and vent.
- PickupEvent units come back Monday after weekend events; long-term units come back when you call.
What do you stand behind?
Brian Rental Works stands behind 4 simple promises: an itemized quote before you pay, free cancellation up to 24 hours before delivery, a driver call before arrival, and a clean, stocked unit at every visit. If a unit is not right when we arrive for service, we fix it or swap it on the spot.
