Pricing & quotes
How much does it cost to rent a porta potty?
A standard porta potty for an event runs about $150–$225 per unit, with delivery and pickup included (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). Construction and long-term units run about $165–$225 per 28-day cycle with weekly service. See the full porta potty rental cost guide.
How much for one day or a 24-hour period?
One day costs the same as our event rate: about $150–$225 for a standard unit (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). The event rate covers 1–3 days, so a 24-hour rental does not cost less than a weekend.
How much for a couple of hours, like 4 hours on a Saturday?
A few hours is billed at the flat event rate, the same as a full day. We still drive out, set the unit, and pick it up, so the event rate is the smallest price we offer.
How much for a week?
A one-week rental is quoted as a short-term rental on the call. If the job could run past 2 weeks, ask us to price a 28-day cycle too, because it includes weekly service. How short-term porta potty rentals work.
How much per month?
A standard unit runs about $165–$225 per 28-day cycle, with weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking included (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). Delivery and pickup are usually quoted once, on the first cycle. Long-term rental details.
Is that price per day or for the whole time?
Event prices are for the whole event, 1–3 days including a weekend. Long-term prices are for each 28-day cycle. We do not quote porta potties by the day.
Is the price per unit or for both units?
Unit prices are per unit. Delivery and pickup are quoted per order, not per unit, so a second unit on the same trip costs less than the first. Your quote shows each line.
I only need it for one day. Do I still pay for the weekend?
You pay the event rate only. If we drop off Friday and pick up Monday for a Saturday party, the extra days cost nothing. That rule exists because callers told us other companies charged them for days they did not use.
Is there a price difference between event units and construction units?
The unit is the same; the pricing plan is different. Event rentals are one flat rate with delivery and pickup included. Construction rentals bill per 28-day cycle and include a weekly service visit.
What’s the price difference between a standard and a deluxe unit?
A deluxe flushing unit runs about $250–$375 per event, versus about $150–$225 for a standard unit (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). The deluxe adds a foot-pump flush, a sink with fresh water and a mirror. See the deluxe flushing porta potty.
Which is cheaper: a standard unit plus a handwash station, or a deluxe with a sink inside?
A standard unit plus a handwashing station is often close in price to one deluxe unit. The separate station serves 2 people at once and can serve several toilets. For 1 toilet, a deluxe keeps everything in one spot. Handwashing station details.
Can you give me a ballpark: a couple hundred or a thousand?
For one standard unit at a party, think a couple hundred dollars. Restroom trailers are where you reach the thousands: about $1,200–$2,800 per event (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote).
Is that the best price? Do you price match?
We give one itemized price with no fees added later, so compare the full out-the-door totals. Many lower quotes from brokers add fuel or card fees on the invoice. Send us the other written quote and we will tell you honestly if we can help.
Is there a senior, nonprofit, church, local or cash discount?
Ask on the call. Price depends mostly on location, unit type, dates, servicing and quantity, so ordering several units on one trip lowers the per-unit cost. Tax-exempt groups can send their certificate to remove sales tax.
We’re tax-exempt. Can you remove the tax?
Yes. Send us your Texas tax-exemption certificate before billing, and we take sales tax off the quote. Churches, schools and nonprofits ask about this often.
Do you sell packages or price per unit?
We price per unit and build the package around your event. A typical party package is standard units plus a handwashing station, with delivery and pickup on one quote. Special event restroom packages.
Does that price include delivery and tax? What’s the out-the-door total?
Every quote lists unit, rental period, servicing, delivery and pickup, any rush fee, and tax. The bottom line is the out-the-door total. Nothing like a fuel surcharge is added after you book.
Is the delivery fee per unit or per order? Is that each way?
Delivery and pickup are quoted per order, not per unit. For events, both trips are already in the event price. For long-term rentals, delivery and pickup are usually quoted once, on the first cycle.
Why is the invoice higher than the quote?
With us it should not be. Our quote is itemized before you pay, and we do not add fuel or card fees afterward. A higher bill only happens if you add something, like extra service visits, more days or damage repair.
Why is it so expensive? Is it the rush?
Five things set the price: location, unit type, dates and length, service frequency and quantity. A same-day rush fee of about $50–$125 may apply on some orders (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). The rush fee shows on the quote before you pay.
How much are luxury restroom trailers? Are they 1 or 2 bathrooms? Is that per day?
Restroom trailers run about $1,200–$2,800 per event, not per day (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). We have 1-stall VIP, 2-stall men’s and women’s, and larger multi-stall trailers. Compare restroom trailer sizes.
How much is just a handwashing station?
A handwashing station runs about $95–$165 per event (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). The station is two-sided with foot pumps, fresh water, soap and paper towels.
Why does the ADA unit cost more or less than the deluxe?
A wheelchair-accessible unit runs about $200–$325 per event, and a deluxe flushing unit about $250–$375 (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). The accessible unit is bigger, but the deluxe has a flush toilet and sink. You pay for different features, not the same thing.
Your website price is different from the phone quote. Why?
The website shows typical starting ranges only. Your phone quote is priced for your address, dates, unit type, service and quantity. The quote is the number we stand behind.
Don’t you have a price list? Why do you need my info to give a price?
Distance and dates change the price, so we need your ZIP, dates and unit count. That takes about a minute. We do not need a card to give you a quote.
Can you text or email me the quote?
Yes. We can text or email the itemized quote after the call, or reply to the website form within 15 minutes during business hours.
Does extending the rental cost more?
Yes, extra time adds rental time. Long-term rentals just roll into the next 28-day cycle. For an event, call before the pickup date and we will quote the extra days.
How much is a pump-out for an RV, septic tank or a toilet I own?
Pump-outs are quoted by location and tank size, so call with your address. We pump RV black tanks and holding tanks in Hidalgo County on route days. RV and camper toilet service.
Delivery & same-day
Can you deliver today or ASAP?
Yes, if you call by 12:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, while trucks and units are available. Same-day delivery covers Edinburg and most of Hidalgo County. How same-day porta potty delivery works.
Can you deliver by 8:30 AM tomorrow?
Often, yes. Call before noon today and ask for a first-stop morning delivery, and we note it on the route. Our day starts at 7 AM, but we will not promise an exact minute we cannot keep.
Is there an extra charge for same-day delivery?
Sometimes. A rush fee of about $50–$125 may apply on some same-day orders (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). The rush fee is shown on your quote before you pay.
What time will it be delivered? Can I get a window?
Deliveries run 7 AM–7 PM, and the driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving. We can note a morning request. If you need a firm time, tell us on the call and we will say honestly what we can do.
Can you deliver in the morning, before noon?
Yes, ask for a morning delivery when you book and we put it on the route that way. Booking a day or two ahead makes a morning slot much easier.
Will it arrive before my event starts?
Yes. Event units are delivered the day before, and for weekend events we deliver Friday or Thursday. Your unit is set and stocked before guests show up.
How far ahead do I need to book? What’s the latest I can order?
For a weekend event, book about 1 week ahead. Wheelchair-accessible units and restroom trailers need 7–10 days. The latest you can order a standard unit is noon the same day, Monday through Saturday, if stock allows.
If I call back tomorrow, will it still be available?
Maybe not on busy weeks. We do not hold units without a booking, and holiday weekends fill first. Booking now is free to cancel up to 24 hours before delivery.
How many units do you have left this weekend?
Call and dispatch will check live stock while you are on the phone. Standard units are rarely the problem; wheelchair-accessible units and trailers sell out first.
Do I need to be there for delivery?
No. Mark the spot with a cone, stake, ribbon or chalk X, leave the gate open or text us the code, and keep the path clear. The driver sends a photo or calls if anything is unclear.
Will the driver call before arriving?
Yes. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arriving, so you can open a gate or move a car.
Do I come get it, or do you drop it off?
We drop it off and pick it up. You never haul a porta potty yourself. Our truck sets the unit where you want it, stocked and ready to use. How renting works from booking to pickup.
Do you deliver to my town?
We deliver across Edinburg (78539, 78541, 78542) and all of Hidalgo County, including McAllen, Pharr, Mission and Weslaco. We also cover Starr, Cameron, Willacy and Brooks counties. See all service areas.
Can I reschedule a service visit?
Yes. Call or text at least 1 business day ahead and we move the visit on the route. If a crew is off for a week, we can also skip to the next visit.
Other companies cancelled on me. Can you deliver on short notice?
Yes, if you call by noon Monday through Saturday and we have units. We own our trucks, so we can tell you on the call whether it will arrive today. Same-day porta potty delivery.
Weekends & events
Do you deliver Saturday or Sunday? Can you pick up Sunday?
We can deliver Saturday on request, with limited slots. We are closed Sunday, so there is no Sunday delivery or pickup. Weekend events get a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup.
My event is Saturday. When do you drop off and pick up?
We deliver Friday, or Thursday if Friday slots fill, and pick up Monday. You pay the event rate only, with no charge for the extra days.
If you deliver early, am I charged extra days?
No. When we deliver early for our route, you still pay the flat event rate. About 20 callers in our call review wanted Saturday-only events, and this answer solved it every time.
Can you deliver Thursday instead of Friday?
Yes, Thursday delivery is fine, and we use Thursday when Friday slots fill. The price stays the same event rate.
Can it be picked up the night of the event?
Usually not. Pickups run 7 AM–7 PM on business days, so weekend units are picked up Monday. Leave the units where we set them and keep the path clear.
How does it work for a 1-day birthday party?
We drop the unit off the day before, stocked and clean, and pick it up after. You pay one event rate. For up to 50 guests over 4 hours, 1 standard unit is enough. Party and event restrooms.
It’s a park event with food. Do we need a sink?
Yes, plan at least 1 handwashing station per 4 toilets, with a minimum of 1, whenever food is served. Ask your park or venue if they have their own rule too. Handwashing stations.
My party starts at 3. Will the unit be there by 1?
For a weekday party, ask for a morning delivery and it will be set well before 1. For a weekend party, we deliver Friday or Thursday, so the unit is already there.
For a festival, can you do a staggered delivery of many units?
Yes. We can split a large order across several drops and add mid-event service for multi-day festivals. Book early for Fiesta Edinburg and holiday weekends. Festival porta potty planning.
What do you recommend for a wedding?
For most weddings, a 2-stall restroom trailer or a VIP flushing cabin, plus enough units for the guest count. Trailers need level ground, 120V power and a garden hose. Wedding restroom options.
We have a church event, school track meet or tent revival. What do we need?
Start with 1 standard unit per 50 people for up to 4 hours, then add at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit. Add a handwashing station if food is served. Calculate how many units you need.
I don’t want everyone going through my house during a party. What’s the best option?
Put 1–2 standard units or a deluxe flushing unit in the side yard or driveway. Guests stay outside and your bathroom stays clean. Home party restroom rentals.
Do I need a permit for my event?
Some events do. The City of Edinburg Temporary Use Permit asks for a letter authorizing restroom use and trash receptacles. Confirm with your permit office or venue, and see our Edinburg event permits and restrooms guide.
Which weekends book up first?
Fiesta Edinburg in late February or early March, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, UTRGV football Saturdays and wedding and quinceañera season. Book those dates earlier than 1 week ahead.
Unit types
Do you have nice porta potties? I want the nicest one.
Yes. The nicest options are a VIP flushing cabin with a flush toilet, sink, mirror and light, or a restroom trailer with A/C. VIP and luxury restrooms.
What’s the difference between standard, deluxe and VIP?
A standard unit has a toilet, urinal, toilet paper and sanitizer. A deluxe adds a foot-pump flush and a sink. A VIP cabin adds a porcelain-style flush toilet and a light. Compare porta potty types.
Is the deluxe flushable? Does it have a sink inside and a mirror?
Yes. The deluxe unit has a foot-pump flush toilet, a foot-pump sink with fresh water, a mirror, a coat hook and sanitizer. It is a single, self-contained unit with no hookups.
Do you have units with a foot-pump handwash station outside?
Yes. We pair standard units with separate two-sided handwashing stations that use foot pumps, fresh water, soap and paper towels. Handwashing station rental.
Is the premium unit larger?
The deluxe unit has about the same footprint as a standard unit; it adds a sink and flush instead of space. If you need more room inside, choose a wheelchair-accessible unit or a trailer.
What does a standard unit come with?
A standard unit has a toilet seat, a urinal, toilet paper, a hand sanitizer dispenser, a vent and a door lock with an occupied sign. Standard porta potty details.
Can I see a picture of the inside?
Yes. Our unit pages show real photos of our equipment, inside and out. Start with the standard unit or the deluxe flushing unit, or ask us to text photos.
How tall is it? What are the dimensions?
A typical standard unit is about 44 inches wide, 48 inches deep and 7 feet 7 inches tall. It weighs about 150–175 pounds empty and holds a 60-gallon waste tank.
Do restroom trailers need water and electricity? What if there’s none?
Yes, trailers need standard 120V power and a garden-hose water connection or an onboard fresh-water tank. With no power, we can arrange a generator. Restroom trailer requirements.
Is the trailer air-conditioned? Does it have men’s and women’s sides?
Yes, our trailers have A/C and heat. The 2-stall trailer has separate men’s and women’s sides, and larger trailers add more stalls.
Does a porta potty need hooking up to water or power?
No. Standard, deluxe, wheelchair-accessible and VIP cabin units are self-contained. Only restroom trailers need power and water.
Does it lock? Can I put my own lock on it?
Every unit has an inside door lock with an occupied sign. We can add a hasp so you can put on your own padlock, but you must give us the key or code for service.
What colors are the units?
Colors vary by what is in stock. Blue, gray, pink and white are common, and VIP cabins are white. Ask on the call if color matters for your event.
Do I need one for men and one for women?
Not for most private parties. For larger public events, separate Men and Women units are common, and Hidalgo County mass gatherings require marked Men and Women units. A 2-stall trailer handles both in one.
Do you have containment trays?
Ask when you book. Tell us if the unit sits on a finished surface or near a storm drain, and we will tell you what we can provide for that date.
Do you sell porta potties?
We rent porta potties; we don’t sell them. A rental includes delivery, pickup, pumping and waste disposal, which you would have to arrange yourself if you owned one.
Do you rent VIP flushing cabins?
Yes. Our white single VIP cabin has a porcelain-style flush toilet, sink, mirror and light. A VIP cabin runs about $350–$500 per event (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote).
Accessibility
Do you have ADA or wheelchair-accessible units?
Yes. Our wheelchair-accessible units have ground-level entry, a wide door, grab bars and a 60-inch turning space. They are built to ADA design guidelines; confirm your venue’s requirements. Wheelchair-accessible unit details.
What does ADA mean?
ADA is the Americans with Disabilities Act. For restrooms, it means a person in a wheelchair can get in, turn around and use the toilet. Read the 2010 ADA Standards for the details.
Is the ADA unit the bigger one?
Yes. A wheelchair-accessible unit has about a 7.5 by 7.5 foot footprint, much bigger than a standard unit. That size makes room for a 60-inch turning circle inside.
Can I swap to a handicap unit later?
Yes, if one is available. Call as early as you can, because wheelchair-accessible units are limited and sell out first on holiday weekends.
How many wheelchair-accessible units does my event need?
Plan at least 1 per cluster of units, and at least 5% of the units in each cluster. That follows the 2010 ADA Standards section 213.2; confirm with your venue or permit office.
How far ahead should I book an accessible unit?
Book wheelchair-accessible units 7–10 days ahead. About 1 in every 20 callers in our call review asked for one, and we have fewer of them than standard units.
Does an accessible unit fit through a side gate?
Usually not. The accessible unit is about 7.5 feet wide, so it needs a driveway, wide gate or open lawn with truck access and level ground.
How much is a wheelchair-accessible unit?
About $200–$325 per event (typical 2026 starting range, not a quote). Delivery and pickup are included in the event price.
Still have a question? Ask the yard.
Call by noon Monday–Saturday for same-day delivery. A real person in Edinburg answers 7 AM–7 PM, and quotes come back within 15 minutes.
Servicing & cleaning
Does it get cleaned while I have it? How often?
Yes for long-term rentals: weekly service is included, with pumping, cleaning, deodorizing and restocking. Event units arrive freshly cleaned and stocked, and multi-day events can add mid-event service. Long-term rentals with weekly service.
If only one person uses it, does it still need weekly cleaning?
Weekly is our standard on every long-term unit, and it is included. Even with light use, South Texas heat builds odor fast, so the visit keeps the unit usable.
Can we do every-other-week service? Does less service lower the price?
Weekly service is built into our 28-day rate, and we don’t recommend less in Valley heat. If your unit gets very light use, ask on the call and we will talk through your options.
Can we get daily cleanings during a festival?
Yes. We add mid-event service visits for multi-day events and festivals. Tell us the crowd size and hours, and we will set the schedule. Festival restroom service.
Does it come with toilet paper and hand sanitizer?
Yes. Every unit arrives stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Service visits restock both.
Is there chemical in it?
Yes. Each tank gets a deodorizing chemical charge that controls odor. We recharge the chemical at every service visit.
How do you clean it?
Our vacuum truck pumps the tank, then we scrub and sanitize the seat, urinal, walls, floor and handles. We add fresh chemical and restock paper and sanitizer.
Do I have to do anything before using it?
No. The unit arrives clean, charged with chemical and stocked. Just make sure it stands level and the door faces where you want it.
Someone told me event units don’t include cleaning. What does that mean?
Event units are cleaned before delivery, not during a short event. For 1–3 day events that is normally enough. For long or multi-day events, add a mid-event service visit.
Where does the waste go?
Our TCEQ-registered transporter trucks haul waste to authorized disposal facilities under 30 TAC Chapter 312. See TCEQ transporter registration.
Do workers need more service in the summer?
Yes. From June to September, Edinburg highs average about 100°F, so we recommend twice-weekly service for crews over 10 people. Extra visits can be added anytime.
Can I request an extra service visit?
Yes. Call or text, and we add an extra visit on the next route. Extra visits are quoted before we come out.
Rental length & billing
Can I keep it for a month, two months, or 6 months to a year?
Yes. Long-term rentals renew every 28 days until you call for pickup, with weekly service included. Many construction jobs keep units for 6 months or more. Long-term porta potty rentals.
Can it be month-to-month with no contract?
Yes. The rental renews every 28 days until you call for pickup. There is no long contract to break; you sign our rental terms when you book.
If I extend, is it another 28 days or weekly?
Long-term rentals extend in 28-day cycles. For event rentals, call before pickup day and we quote the extra days.
Does the 28 days start the day it’s delivered?
Yes. The 28-day cycle starts on delivery day. The next cycle starts 28 days later, not on the first of the month.
If a month has 31 days, do I pay more?
No. We bill every 28 days, not by calendar month, so the length of the month does not matter.
Do you prorate? Is there a minimum?
Long-term rentals bill in 28-day cycles. If you only need a few days or a week, ask for an event or short-term quote instead. Calling 2 business days before you want pickup keeps you from rolling into a new cycle.
When does the charge recur?
Every 28 days, counted from your delivery date. The charge keeps renewing until we pick the unit up.
Is there a contract or paperwork?
There is a simple rental agreement with our terms. It covers your dates, servicing, damage and cancellation. Read our rental terms and cancellation policy.
Is it cheaper after the first month, or to leave it there all month?
Often, yes. Delivery and pickup are usually quoted once, on the first cycle, so later cycles cover only the rental and weekly service.
Sizing: how many units?
How many people does one unit serve?
One standard unit serves about 50 guests for an event up to 4 hours. For longer events, multiply: ×1.5 up to 6 hours, ×2 up to 8 hours, ×2.5 over 8 hours. Porta potty calculator.
We expect 100–200 people. Are two enough?
Two is enough for 100 guests over 4 hours. For 200 guests over 4 hours, plan 4 units. For 200 guests over 8 hours, plan 8.
Is one enough for 75 people?
No, plan 2. Our rule is 1 unit per 50 guests for up to 4 hours, and 75 guests rounds up to 2 units.
How many for 50–60 guests?
One unit covers 50 guests for up to 4 hours. For 60 guests, or a party longer than 4 hours, get 2.
Does serving alcohol change the count?
Yes. Add 1 unit for every 4 units, rounded up. For example, 150 guests for 5 hours needs 5 units, plus 2 for the bar, for 7 total.
How many workers can share one unit?
One standard unit serviced weekly comfortably handles about 10 workers on a 40-hour week. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 allows 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers. OSHA jobsite toilet rules.
How many people per trailer stall?
Plan trailer stalls the way you plan toilets: start from 1 toilet per 50 guests for 4 hours. Tell us your guest count and hours, and we will match the trailer size.
How many for a large public event?
For gatherings of 2,500+ people over 5 hours in unincorporated Hidalgo County, the policy calls for 1 toilet seat per 50 people. See Texas Health and Safety Code chapter 751 and confirm with the county.
How many for a farm field crew?
OSHA 29 CFR 1928.110 calls for 1 toilet and 1 handwashing facility per 20 hand-labor field workers when you have 11 or more. Farm and field crew toilets.
Placement & access
Are there rules about where it goes?
Put the unit on flat, firm ground where our truck can reach it, with a clear path at least 48 inches wide. Keep it off driveways you need to use and away from doors and food tables. For public sites, confirm with your venue or permit office.
Does it need flat ground? Can it go on a slope?
The unit needs a flat, level spot to stay stable and drain right. A slight grade is fine; a real slope is not. Restroom trailers need level ground.
Can you put it in the backyard, on concrete, or by the trailers?
Yes, if the path is at least 48 inches wide and fairly flat. Concrete, grass and packed dirt all work. On job sites, we set units near the crew trailers if the truck can reach them.
Will it fit through my side gate?
A standard unit is about 44 inches wide, so it needs about a 48-inch clear gate opening. Measure the opening, not the gate. This was the most common placement question in our call review. Home porta potty rentals.
What do you deliver it on? Will the truck clear low trees?
Units ride on our delivery truck and trailer, then roll to the spot on a dolly. Tell us about low branches, wires or soft ground on the call so we send the right setup.
Can you move it to another spot later?
Yes. Call and we move it on a route visit. A relocation trip may be quoted if it is outside a service visit.
Where should I place it?
Pick a flat spot near guests or workers, about a short walk away, with the door facing away from food and seating. Shade helps in summer. Mark the spot with a cone or chalk X.
There’s no exact address, just raw land or a field. Can I send a pin drop?
Yes. Text us a map pin and a photo of the spot. The driver uses the pin and calls about 30 minutes out.
Payment & paperwork
Do you need a card now? Is there a deposit?
No card is needed for a quote. To lock in your date, we take payment details when you book, and the itemized quote shows what is charged. Approved commercial accounts can book on a PO.
Can I pay the driver on delivery, by check, or in cash?
Our drivers deliver and service; they do not handle payment. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit. Approved commercial accounts can pay by invoice.
Do you charge a credit card fee?

Yes. Call or text with the name on the order, and we resend the receipt.
Pickup, changes & cancellation
Do I need to call for pickup, or will you come on the end date?
Event units are picked up on the date in your quote. Long-term units renew every 28 days, so call 2 business days before you want pickup.
Can I cancel? Is there a penalty or a refund?
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. See the rental terms and cancellation policy for the details.
Can I change the date after booking?
Yes. Reschedule free up to 24 hours before delivery. Call early on holiday weekends, because the new date needs open stock.
Can I add a sink or another unit later?
Yes. Call and we add a handwashing station or more units to your order, delivered on a route visit. Extra items show on an updated quote first.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Call before pickup day. Long-term rentals roll into the next 28-day cycle; events get a quote for the extra days.
How do we get the lock key back?
If you put your own padlock on the hasp, remove it before pickup or leave the key or code with us. We need access to service and load the unit.
Damage & security
Am I liable if someone vandalizes it?
Normal wear is on us. Vandalism, fire, tipping by others and graffiti are billed at repair cost, so keep units where people can see them.
Who pays if it’s tipped over?

How do I keep a unit secure on an open lot?
Ask for a hasp and add your own padlock, then give us the key or code for service. Place the unit where it is visible and away from the street.
What happens in a storm?
Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30. On exposed sites we can strap units, and we can pull units before a named storm if you ask.
Construction & crews
Does the price include weekly service?
